Newcomer Uniforms

As the overall roster of characters in the game increases, the pool of new characters to be added becomes increasingly niche. As more popular characters tend to appear in more comics, TV shows, or movies, and have more players demanding new uniforms, it makes sense that newer characters tend to not get as many new uniforms.
