Deadpool & Wolverine Epic Quest Research Nerfs

In the 10.2 update the Deadpool (X-Force) and Wolverine (Rise of the X-Men) Epic Quests had their research costs reduced. This was mentioned in the patch notes but with no actual figures stated.

The costs below are taken from the game files and include the before and after of each. In general, both Researches and Searches have had the requirements reduced, rounding up to the nearest whole number (in the case of the Rank 2+ Black Anti Matter researches).
