Bug-gle - Incorrect Resist & Recovery Rate Stats

The THANO$VIB$ community has discovered an issue with a handful of characters which affects their stats after reaching Tier-3 or Transcended (or Tier-4, in the case of Quicksilver).

This technically could be intentional but as it only happens to 8 characters, and makes no sense, it is assumed to be unintentional. Please fix :)

Victims

This is the list of affected characters. In some cases like Dormammu there is a significant nerf upon reaching Tier-3 as his 50% Resists are reduced to merely 5%.

"5% to 0%" means that before reaching Tier-3 / Transcended, the character had 5% of the given stat. After the Advancement, this is reduced to 0%.

Testing

As the Marvel Universe screen does not show Resist or Recovery Rate values, it is hard to confirm all cases in-game.

This was tested in-game with Ares, before and after Transcended Potential. As expected, his Recovery Rate is seen to decrease significantly after reaching Transcended Potential due to this bug.
