11 Year Anniversary - Selector Recommendations

The 11 Year Anniversary is giving away the usual Tier-3, Transcended Potential, and Tier-4 Selector.

As Tier-4 is by far the most costly upgrade process, don't opt out of a good pick just because they are already at Tier-3/Transcended or Lv.80. As long as you have not upgraded a character's gears past +25, it should be fine to use the selector on them.

Up there with Mephisto as the best overall PvE characters in the game, and being a free Native Tier-1 you can simply pick from this selector is too good to be true.

No-brainer #1 choice if you don't have her built halfway to Tier-4 already: easy rotation, crazy damage, amazing for all PvE modes.

Current best Combat type for PvE and unlikely to change anytime soon, since his previous [Warstar] uniform was already the best and this new one is even better.

Strong in all PvE modes with a fun Tier-4 passive that lets you spam his Tier-3 skill almost every rotation.

Loki [Young Avengers]
Very strong, very versatile PvE character that handles a lot of Universal/Hero/Alien days in ABX/L.

Not as good as the higher options in World Boss as his speciality is the Alliance Battle (Extreme/Legend) modes. Sadly he looks very stupid.
Ghost Rider [Savage Avengers]
Ghost Rider [Savage Avengers]
A solid generalist PvE character, though not really meta for any specific mode in late-game.

If you don't have Miles Morales' [Ancient Curse] uniform, he is also an excellent character to set as your Tier-4 Striker, and is worth building for that alone.

Despite being quite an old uniform, still a great solo choice for Combat Villain Human Male restrictions in Alliance Battle, though his overall performance isn't up to par with the Strong Recommendations.

Might also get a new uniform for Spider-Man: Brand New Day or Avengers: Doomsday later this year.

Solid overall PvE character - good for certain WBL restrictions and the Female Alien ABX day, also has a strong Lead.

Not too useful in general outside of this and likely to be overshadowed on non-Alien restrictions by Luna's new uniform.
Moon Knight [Blood Moon Knight]
Moon Knight [Blood Moon Knight]
Wildcard choice since this uniform isn't out yet. It seems to be PvE-oriented (Moon Knight historically has been a PvE character) and has a lot of hits which is promising for ABX/L viability.

You would be picking him in the hopes he is stronger than Bucky's [Marvel Studios' Thunderbolts*] uniform.

Will definitely get a new uniform for Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Historically, Spider-Man has been a PvP character, but with Speed Male restrictions opening up in ABX/L there is a chance he could be made useful for PvE.

He did get a new [Galactic Talon] uniform this past update but it's PvP-only and not spectacular.

Expect a strong new uniform for Avengers: Doomsday.

Note that this is a uniform for Shuri. A must-have support in general, especially useful for Speed restrictions in PvE modes.

Does not have a Tier-4 Advancement yet though, so cannot support characters in WBL+, but is probably a strong candidate to get one for Avengers: Doomsday if not before.

Requires uniform, but an insane support for Mutants that synergises well with Storm's new uniform as a DPS. Also not bad on his own as a DPS/main for Mutant Male restrictions if you don't have Gambit or Kid Omega.

Additionally will likely get a new uniform for Avengers: Doomsday.

A great general support that also has a Hero Female version with the [Marvel Studios' Thunderbolts*] uniform. The Male Villain version is a bit more useful restrictions-wise, but you could buy both and double-dip.

A solid support with the Annihilators uniform, notably changing him to a Hero. Has a lot of restrictions he can cover, though he has no Tier-4 available yet.
Green Goblin [Red Goblin]

A great Speed Villain Lead/Support character, and pretty decent as a main too as far as Lv.70s go. Might help with Speed Villain AB restrictions in early-game.

No Tier-4 yet, but seems likely to get one relatively soon.

Strong general support and covers Blast Male days. No uniform required.

Does not have a Tier-4 Advancement yet though, so cannot support characters in WBL+.

Strong general lead against Male types. Uniforms make the leadership a bit better, but probably not worth it.

These characters have Lead/Supports that can be somewhat useful in WBL. Get them if you've got all the above characters already..

Decent 45% Energy Attack leadership and 25% Elemental Damage passive for Blast Types only. Latest uniform is Seasonal and also not worth it.

If none of the above appeals to you, you could pick a character below in the hopes they become useful with a future update.
For Spider-Man: Brand New Day, you can consider Spider-Man, Hulk, and Punisher.
A large number of the characters in this Selector will appear in Avengers: Doomsday so not all will be listed. It is very unlikely they will all get uniforms.

Might be a good idea to pick here as she's more niche and might not deserve a Tier-4.

Also mentioned in the Tier-4 Selector section. This uniform isn't out yet but it's likely to be one of the better options in this Selector regardless.

Seems to be an Alliance Battle focused PvE character.
Flimsy Recommendations
The below characters have decent support passives in a vaccuum, but there are better alternatives. You might get these if you just want more supports and don't mind that they are not super useful/versatile.

A nice dual Lead/Support with this uniform, though it has been replaced by Athena somewhat, and Athena does not require a uniform.

Has a decent 40% Damage to Villains support with this uniform, though Phyla-Vell's new uniform is better with the exact same tags (Universal Alien Female Hero).

These characters have Lead/Supports that can be somewhat useful in WBL. Consider these only if you already have, or don't want, all the above characters.

45% Phys Attack leadership. His [Marvel Animation's X-Men '97] exists if you like the character, but doesn't make him very relevant and not worth for most players.

50% Phys Attack leadership but restricted to Combat types. Gets a support for Strong types added on top with her uniform, but likely not worth.

36% All Attack leadership, but Blast Female so not a lot of places to use her.
