11.2 Dimension Mission Premium Drop Changes

In update 11.2, changes were made to the premium Bio/X-Gene slot in Dimension Missions. The patch notes did not provide specifics as usual.

Slot Drop Rates

One "roll" of Dimension Mission bios consists of 5 slots from top to bottom. Each time a bio drops from Dimension Mission, each slot has a certain percentage chance of dropping the bio that you rolled in it.

The 5th slot is the "Premium Slot", where you roll premium Bios or X-Genes.

In short the rate of premium drops has doubled from 0.5% to 1%, and the rate of the 4th slot dropping has been reduced by 0.5% to compensate.

Premium Slot Pool

Additionally, the total pool of premium characters has been increased from 25 to 63. The percentage chance of rolling a specific character is therefore decreased from 4% to 1.58% or 1.59%.

This makes it harder to roll for specific characters, but also adds some very useful characters to the pool, like Nick Fury, Dazzler and Polaris.

  The percentage shown under each record is the chance of rolling that premium character. These are all essentially the same with some new premiums having a 0.01% lower chance than the others.
