Deadpool & Wolverine
Introduction
A hyped update for many reasons: the only MCU film of the year, the debut of Hugh Jackman's Wolverine in the game (though he doesn't really look like him), a movie Deadpool uniform, and generally a mutant-centric update which are always fun. On top of it, the Summer seasonal uniforms rolled around and have not missed to date.
I'm sure Netmarble would have preferred if both Deadpool and Wolverine were enduring PvE metas like previous MCU protagonists, but sadly the typing does not work out with neither of them being eligible for a single ABL restriction. This must change.
Please note that the ThanosVibes community did not endorse the claims of a Deadpool-themed Polaris summer uniform.

Psylocke [Summer Vacation]
Psylocke [Summer Vacation]
Our summer paywall seasonal uniform for 2024, and much like Storm and Luna before her, an absolute banger. Psylocke has retired the dreadful granny fit and replaced Rogue and Cable in their respective ABL days, providing a comfortable 12m ABL for well-built accounts.
Her performance in other PvE modes is similarly great, though the transcended 6th skill makes GBR a slight hassle. Minor criticisms are that her rotation is pretty boring despite great animations, and optimising the Tier-4 charge with skills 1 and 2 is annoying.
Nitpicks aside, this is the appropriate amount of justice for a Deluxe Pack character (already priced at 5,100 Crystals, and now with ~20 USD added on) and a seasonal uniform. Also nice that she's the Deluxe character for the Deadpool Epic Quest, which ties in with the theme nicely.
Wolverine [Marvel Studios' Deadpool & Wolverine]
Wolverine [Marvel Studios' Deadpool & Wolverine]
An awesome hybrid uniform that slightly increases his PvP strength from the previous uniform, which still had a place in the meta when this new one released. The most notable change is the huge buff to his damage output, making him a strong and somewhat proc-friendly World Boss character - sadly he has only 1 ABX and 0 ABL days to flex his DPS.
Early takes seemed to be that the old uniform was better for PvP, but as things shook out it is definitely the new uniform that comes out on top. The difference is not noticeable enough that you'd need to upgrade from [X Deaths of Wolverine] if you just wanted him for PvP, but it's a must if you want him for any PvE at all.
Definitely the better uniform of the titular Deadpool(s) and Wolverine, though his PvE potential is a bit wasted due to AB restrictions.
Dazzler
Dazzler
Dazzler has a 6th skill now!!! Very nice.
Yondu [Summer Vacation]
Yondu [Summer Vacation]
Yondu came completely out of left field as the crystal summer uniform. It's a nice look with amazing skills that you will never use because he is designed to be an Alien support.
He might belong in the Void section depending on your priorities, but he provides an insane damage increase - 90% damage and 35% attack, and no need for an Artifact to get the most out of him.
The drawback is the lack of usability - you won't be using an Alien for the foreseeable future in Speed Hero ABX, leaving Hero Alien Male ABL as the sole AB restriction for him, as well as various WBL restrictions. He's a huge help for Gladiator in getting 12m, but considering the costs of Gladiator himself, might not be worth it for everyone.
However there's also a good argument to get the uniform. There's no telling how prevalent Alien metas become, or whether modes with more favourable restrictions will be released, in the year it takes for the uni to return.
Gwenpool [Dark Gwenpool]
Gwenpool [Dark Gwenpool]
Gwenpool is finally freed from paywall prison with a very strong uniform. It doesn't take much to beat Mystique at Speed Villain ABX, but Gwenpool does it comfortably regardless.
A drawback for a lot of people would be that her "meta" uses are limited to basically just that day (+ whichever WBL restrictions are relevant to your account). Buying a uniform and T4ing a character for a single ABX day is a big investment for not much return, especially when Red Goblin can act as a support and also score decently well at Lv.70.
While she is eligible for 3 ABL days, those are the same ones that Luna Snow and Spider-Gwen are eligible for. Luna is the obvious meta with Spider-Gwen being the F2P alternative - both of which can use Wave or White Fox's supports. Gwenpool, as a villain, would require Sin for a second support to go with Shuri, and if you're going to have to get a seasonal paywall uniform to get the most out of Gwenpool in ABL, it is probably better to just get Luna (especially with the uniform just returning this update).
Overall still a good uniform - a solid pick for new players if they like the character (despite the other Gwen still being a better choice overall) and has some late-game usage, even if it's not the most impactful.
In The Void
Deadpool [Marvel Studios' Deadpool & Wolverine]
Deadpool [Marvel Studios' Deadpool & Wolverine]
A much-needed upgrade to Deadpool which came with the expected T4. This is more of a PvP focused uniform to synergise with his updated Immortality Artifact, which in turn matches well with Wolverine.
Depsite popping up here and there in Timeline, his use is pretty restricted to Otherworld, where him being a bit worse than Wolverine might work out in his favour if he's banned less. However, like Wolverine, he requires his Artifact and ideally at a high rank for longer Immortality uptime.
Overall a pretty weak showing for an MCU protagonist uniform - being relegated to occasional Otherworld fodder is not a good look for the Marvel Jesus. The 3D character portrait is quite funny though.
Nicepool [Marvel Studios' Deadpool & Wolverine]
Nicepool [Marvel Studios' Deadpool & Wolverine]
A bit nuts that this uniform was revealed in the livestream before any official marketing but that's about the only interesting thing about it. This is the PvE-focused of the two Deadpool uniforms which means it's the less useful one - like Wolverine he has 0 ABL days, so this is just a World Boss uniform.
While it's strong in World Boss, it's also not exceptional, especially factoring in the price and the fact that the other uniform is probably still more useful overall. They definitely could have gone harder on it and made this uniform as crazy as Miles was when the ATSV update released, justifying the niche usage by having him just be that much better than the rest. They didn't do that though.
Food for Alioth
Cassandra Nova
Cassandra Nova
A flop of a character - stuck at Lv.70, has weird unappealing green energy skills, and fails to add any value to the paywalled Mutant pool.
Has a debuff leadership for Mutants which was probably just the devs trying to justify her existence by making her sort of useful for Alliance Conquest.
These were Transcended along with Dazzler and it's criminal neither Dazzler or Jubilee have gotten a single uniform. Dazzler at least has some support value but these two are throwaways.
All the characters in this bottom section are Blast women with short or no hair. What's with that?
